Remuneration:
1. Basic annual salary
80,000-100,000 yuan/year for undergraduate, 130,000-150,000 yuan/year for master's degree, 250,000-300,000 yuan/year for doctorate;

2. Project Award
1% of the sales of new products developed in the first three years will be rewarded to the R&D team.
